Caregiver Support Specialist

About the Role:
As a Caregiver Support Specialist at Sunrise Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and services to seniors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to residents with activities of daily living, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, ensuring that each resident receives tailored care and attention.
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
- Respond to dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary in certain states.
- At least 18 years old; previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of residents.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Bonus: Eligible for bonuses based on performance and company goals.
