Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and comprehensive customer service to all attendees
  • Ensure precise cash management utilizing the point-of-sale system
  • Process guest transactions, including credit and debit card payments
  • Set up merchandise displays prior to events and conduct accurate inventory counts
  • Assist patrons with inquiries regarding merchandise and facilitate purchases
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Maintain the merchandise area during the event
  • Exhibit flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work shifts of up to 12 hours
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs using proper techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous relevant experience is preferred
