Job Title: M365 Support Analyst

Milliman is seeking a highly skilled M365 Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our cloud initiative, you will play a critical role in supporting the migration of our content to the cloud and adopting cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate cloud-based solutions to meet business needs and provide technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members using an agile approach to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), working in two-week sprints.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for planning and documentation.
  • Communicate with practice leads to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field, or equivalent strong work experience.
  • Proficiency with the M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft PowerApps, Planner, MS Project, Team Site setup and configuration, web parts, and custom workflows.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Graph, hub sites, OneDrive, and Stream.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both IT and non-IT partners.
