Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to lead our Spirit Halloween stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance across multiple stores, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve targets
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and support to store teams

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and willingness to travel
  • Physical demands of the job require standing for over 8 hours, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
