Sales Growth Strategist

As a key member of the US Foods team, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable market share growth across designated areas. Collaborating closely with the Area Director Finance and Commercial Support, you will leverage data insights to identify market and area priorities, informing strategic sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Area Director Finance to analyze area and market data, tracking performance progress and providing actionable recommendations for core strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive market share analysis, evaluating trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales growth plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, seasonal fluctuations, and customer preferences, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and disseminate reports to key stakeholders, including DCS and Commercial team leaders, ensuring informed business decisions.
  • Effectively communicate sales growth opportunities, aligning with corporate and area objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with expertise in database management and data visualization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

Estimated Annual Salary: $75,000-$95,000
