Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Merchandise Management: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Recovery and Organization: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with the ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
