Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Manager Trainee, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role. You'll work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills in operations management, leadership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 12-month training program that includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and coaching
  • Develop skills in operations management, leadership, and business development
  • Contribute to the development of our centers and teams
  • Travel to various BioLife locations to learn from our team members and build your network
  • Support the creation of life-changing medicines by maintaining our exceptional quality and service standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience
  • Experience with supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations
  • Ability to travel up to 100% (depending on the program path)
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program
