Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culinary team in developing innovative seasonal menus.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Inspire and mentor team members to enhance their skills and professionalism.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Manage food budgeting and cost optimization effectively.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for creativity.
  • Current ServSafe Certification or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage high-volume service efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
