About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Fearless Restaurants. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal menu changes that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals to ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and optimize food costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers and purveyors to ensure a consistent supply of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings and culinary skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a proven track record of success in menu development and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
  • Advanced knife handling skills and a deep understanding of cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
  • Passion for building relationships with local farmers and purveyors, with a commitment to sourcing high-quality, sustainable ingredients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional food quality and service.
