Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 50-75 in a high-volume setting, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 50-75 in a high-volume setting
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
  • Drive operational excellence through effective inventory management, scheduling, and purchasing
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create inspiring and flavorful dishes
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage restaurant scheduling, inventory, and purchasing
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
  • Extensive service knowledge and experience training
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work full-time hours and be flexible with scheduling
  • Conflict resolution and special event execution skills
  • Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred
  • Food Safety Knowledge and ServSafe Food Handlers license
  • Experience working with POS Systems and recruiting, staff education, and motivation

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000, premium PPO health and dental insurance, 10 days paid vacation (Yr 1-2), 15 days paid vacation (Yr 3), employee dining benefit program, and 401k through Vanguard.
