We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As an Executive Chef or Culinary Manager, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our residents.

• Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, while ensuring that all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Culinary Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including dietary, nursing, and administration, to ensure that all resident needs are met.

• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Certifications: Possess a valid ServSafe Manager certification and a local health department food handler card.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
