Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to join our team in New York. This role will be responsible for helping to organize and implement our marketing strategies and initiatives in North America. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solution-oriented thinker with experience in marketing and a strong understanding of content marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including content calendar management, full-cycle content development, and collaboration with partners to draft and refine thought leadership content.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, coordinate with the global marketing team, and advise practice and sector partners on targeting and audience channels.
  • Business Development Enablement: Maintain and update the library of marketing materials, ensure accessibility, and work with the internal communications team to promote thought leadership and other marketing initiatives internally.
  • Metrics and Budgeting: Oversee the content creation and campaign budget, manage the tracking and reporting of content performance metrics, and provide support to other marketing functions as needed.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in a marketing-based role, ideally in a professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong multi-channel campaign management experience.
  • Confidence and presence to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Well-rounded, adaptable, and detailed-oriented individual comfortable working through challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, and comfortable working in a team-based environment.
  • Results-focused, with a high bar for quality.
  • A 'how can I help' approach.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field of study.
