Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of content creators and social media specialists to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media and content efforts with other marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy and optimize content performance.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience in social media and content marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of consumer habits, language, and engagement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Mac and Microsoft Office, with experience in social media management tools and content creation software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $139,700– $199,100, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and pension plan. We also offer a hybrid work policy, flexible time off, and access to company perks and learning and development opportunities.
