Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our North America Operations and Global Process Support team in Scheduling and Cell Logistics. This role will be responsible for monitoring and scheduling exception handling of patient treatment schedules for Bristol Myers Squibb's clinical and commercial Cell Therapies in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 25+ specialists in scheduling operations, fostering team health and engagement, and motivating people to resolve problems that prevent teams from succeeding.
  • Ensure adequate training of management team and set the direction for the team aligned with Global Patient Operations and Scheduling and Cell Logistics strategy and objectives.
  • Manage and deliver technical training, and deliver continuous improvement and strategic process in support of scheduling operations.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Scheduling and Cell Logistics heads to work with a global mindset, build exceptional cross-region relationships, and process understanding.
  • Select and prioritize regional initiatives in alignment with Global Patient Operations and Scheduling and Cell Logistics strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10 years of work experience, preferably in customer service, call center operations, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics, or supply chain.
  • 5+ years managing teams, with experience building teams and coaching and managing people managers.

What We Offer

Bristol Myers Squibb offers a competitive salary range of $149,000 - $188,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision care, as well as financial well-being resources and a 401(K) plan.
