Key Responsibilities
  • The Enterprise Solutions Architect is tasked with comprehensively understanding all offerings from Paymentus, including design elements and feature configurations, while advising clients on optimal solutions.
  • Provide guidance to clients on implementation strategies and effective utilization of the solutions available.
  • Gain insights into the client's business structure and requirements, with the ability to document and propose tailored solutions.
  • Recognize the operational teams involved within a client organization to ensure all stakeholder needs are considered.
  • Maintain a focus on standard practices wherever feasible.
  • Gather and document requirements for customizable product features.
  • Translate business needs and objectives into actionable solutions utilizing our standard products.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a quick learning ability to align client needs with the products offered.
Supervisory Role

This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the electronic billing and payment sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid understanding of payment processes, including transaction capture and reconciliation.
  • Experience in requirements gathering.
  • Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and providing recommendations.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by rapid change and growth.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities.
Work Environment

This role is performed in a professional office setting or a remote home office. Standard office equipment such as laptops and smartphones are routinely used.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Regular communication and listening are required, along with extended periods spent on a computer or phone.

Position Type and Work Hours

This is a full-time role, with work hours typically from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which may vary based on client time zones. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary as job responsibilities dictate.

Travel Requirements

Travel is generally not a requirement for this position; however, limited travel may be requested, estimated at approximately 5-10%.
