Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and mature our CDS product line, ensuring we remain a leader in the industry.
  • Pursue and capture new business opportunities associated with our CDS solutions.
  • Create execution plans and lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop CDS solutions that meet customer schedule, budget, and technical needs.
  • Establish a collaborative team culture that drives predictable program performance and consistently meets business and customer commitments.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the technical and program spectrum, including customers, program management, and senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Experience with developing strategy and leading a team in the pursuit and capture of new business.
  • Experience leading a team in the full product development lifecycle, including negotiating scope of work, project planning, and overseeing requirements and architecture definition.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with networking technologies, NCDSMO requirements, and working with the NCDSMO RTB certification.
  • Experience developing in the Agile framework.
  • Experience with SEER bid estimating methodology.
  • Currently hold a Secret (or above) security clearance or have held one within the past two years.
