Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field
  • College degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP, LEED AP, or similar
  • Experience with construction management software, including Procore, PlanGrid, or similar
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
