Job Title: Commercial Account Advisor

Elevated Equipment Supply Powered by HydroBuilder Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales with new partners by creating efficiencies for our customer base through innovative industry solutions and obsessive customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow client relationships by exhibiting a thorough knowledge of the industry, the customer's business needs, and product capabilities.
  • Identify potential new customers through various channels, prepare sales materials, and arrange meetings to introduce the company and its products.
  • Keep customers informed of market trends and associated product offerings as well as new solutions.
  • Serve as a profitability resource to customers by suggesting ways to increase profitability and efficiency through using the proper solutions.
  • Respond to customer requests quickly, ensuring they receive the products or services they require in a timely manner.
  • Provide effective follow-up contact with customers, assessing their satisfaction with the product and service provided, and working with internal departments and external vendors to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and workshops to develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, and network.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback in support of sales initiatives to management, marketing departments, and the customer themselves.
  • Obsess over the quality of the long-term customer experience and relationship.
  • Drive overall sales and margins by exceeding sales targets regularly, capturing the complete wallet share of clients, and pushing them towards preferred brands and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Cannabis industry knowledge is essential, including regulations, market trends, and key players.
  • Strong customer service mentality is essential, with the ability to learn and apply diverse customer, vendor, or third-party requirements.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of products and make recommendations.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with customers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring smooth order processing and superior customer service.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards in sales practices and representing the company professionally.
  • Ability to use POS and CRM systems in an efficient manner.
  • Excellent general computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
  • Multi-language speaker is a plus.
