Job Title: Sanitation Sales

Michael Holm and Associates is seeking an experienced Sales and Market Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with food manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, and market intelligence databases.
  • Develop estimates for labor and chemicals for sanitation programs at new facilities.
  • Cultivate vendor relationships and channel sales partners.
  • Track activities and provide weekly sales pipeline updates.
  • Provide input and feedback on marketing materials and promotional products.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of site managers, leads, and supervisors.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering sanitation programs at food manufacturers.
  • Deep knowledge of sanitation processes, USDA/FDA regulatory matters, and certification schemes.
  • Strong relationships with decision makers at potential clients.
  • Experience with long sales cycles, travel, and new market development.
  • Self-motivated and accountable with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient computer skills and commitment to continuous education.
