Target Population
We cater to a wide demographic, including children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and seniors. Our comprehensive suite of services encompasses mental and behavioral health support, foster care, social services, housing assistance, continuing education for adults, and early childhood education programs for those eligible for Medi-Cal across numerous counties.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting compensation ranges from $24.10 to $31.45 per hour, contingent on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
This role operates within the mission and vision of the organization, focusing on the measurement, analysis, and communication of costs, revenues, and benefits associated with our services. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, developing spreadsheets for financial analysis, and managing data within financial software applications. The position also involves responding to inquiries regarding financial statements and related data.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on unit performance and census data.
- Contribute to month-end reporting processes.
- Assist in the financial review of various programs.
- Support the development of budgets and narratives for proposals and county budgeting.
- Help in the printing and updating of financial reports.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, including trend analysis, forecasts, and service volume projections.
- Assist in the formulation of departmental budgets.
- Collaborate with analysts, accountants, and team members in the Finance and Accounting department to enhance the Agency's financial outcomes and adherence to policies.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to meet departmental needs.

Minimum Education and Experience:
A combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate of Arts or Science degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or a related discipline, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
