- Developing and maintaining comprehensive Excel trackers for each project, encompassing critical vendor details.
- Updating and monitoring invoices and contractual data within project management tools.
- Collecting, organizing, and reviewing invoices for accuracy.
- Managing the filing and procurement of preliminary notices and insurance documentation from vendors.
- Assisting accountants and project managers in compiling monthly financial draw packages.
- Gathering lien releases from contractors and vendors.
- Creating and overseeing monthly billing statements for construction management services.
- Tracking all accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reviewing development agreements and conducting budget assessments alongside monthly draw packages.
- Participating in departmental meetings and discussions.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to manage multiple projects and monthly billing cycles.
- Performing additional duties as required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) and Yardi is advantageous; training will be provided.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

- Flexibility and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
- This role is conducted entirely in-office during standard business hours.

- Work hours are typically from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility available.
The pay range for this position is $30-$31.25 USD.
