We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our finance team at Woongjin, INC. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the company's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Conduct account and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process various payment methods, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions, ensuring timely execution.
- Prepare and record General Journal Entries in the General Ledger.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements, including Income Statements, Budget Comparisons, and Balance Sheets.
- Generate Monthly Statements of Cash Flows and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial reporting or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly in Korean.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is advantageous.
- A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
