Target Population

Compensation and Benefits
- The starting pay for this role ranges from $24.10 to $31.45 per hour, contingent upon experience and qualifications.

Position Summary
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
This role operates within the mission and values of the organization. Responsibilities include measuring, analyzing, and communicating financial metrics related to agency services. The position involves preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, developing spreadsheets for financial analysis, and managing data within financial software systems. The role also entails responding to inquiries regarding financial statements and other financial analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on program units and census data.
- Contribute to month-end reporting processes for various programs.
- Assist in the financial review of programs.
- Support the development of budgets and narratives for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and county budget submissions.
- Assist in the printing and updating of financial reports.
- Help prepare the annual budget, including trend analysis, forecasts, and service volume projections.
- Support the creation of departmental budgets.
- Collaborate with analysts, accountants, and other finance team members to uphold the agency's financial performance and adherence to policies.
- Perform additional related duties as required to meet departmental needs.
