  10. Handle credit card transactions securely and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  11. Provide guests with safety deposit box services in line with hotel policies.
  12. Answer phone calls promptly, conveying messages to guests and managing mail and packages.
  13. Address guest complaints and issues with urgency, documenting resolutions and informing management of significant concerns.
