- Complete the guest registration process accurately, confirming details such as payment methods and stay duration.
- Handle credit card transactions securely and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide guests with safety deposit box services in line with hotel policies.
- Answer phone calls promptly, conveying messages to guests and managing mail and packages.
