As we embark on a new direct marketing effort for a leading global food and beverage brand, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our high-performing team. Our goal is to enhance consumer accessibility and convenience, ensuring that we meet their needs effectively.

Your Role:
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new interest in our offerings. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to a targeted audience and employing a consultative approach to present a comprehensive range of products, services, and subscriptions tailored to consumer needs. This role will also involve collaboration with the Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather valuable insights regarding customer experiences and brand interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in person to thoroughly understand their unique requirements and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback with utmost professionalism and courtesy to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
  • Facilitate business transactions related to the establishment of new customer accounts while adhering to all relevant guidelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company operations and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge retention.
  • Assist the Customer Account Manager by offering suggestions to enhance operational procedures and reduce customer turnover.
  • Participate in ongoing training initiatives, including one-on-one sessions, virtual workshops, and role-playing exercises.

Qualifications:
  • A recent graduate with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality, ideally with 1-2 years in a relevant role.
  • A recognized leader within your community and social circles.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the resilience to tackle challenges positively.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for mentoring and motivating others.
