Customer Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about driving customer success and marketing excellence? We're seeking a talented Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Calabrio. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing customer-centric marketing initiatives that deepen relationships, drive engagement, and elevate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and references, to showcase our products and services.
  • Targeted Communications: Oversee the creation of targeted communications, such as email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and other digital channels, to keep customers informed and engaged.
  • Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Success team to gather customer feedback, monitor customer health metrics, and leverage insights to improve marketing programs and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage customer-focused events, such as webinars, user groups, and customer appreciation events, to foster relationships and showcase product benefits.
  • Marketing Program Effectiveness: Track and analyze marketing program effectiveness, producing regular reports on engagement, ROI, and customer satisfaction to inform future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with teams across marketing, customer success, product management, and more to align goals and execute projects effectively.
  • Marketing Program Budgets and Partners: Manage marketing program budgets and partners, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required.
  • Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Customer Reference and Advocacy Experience: Proven experience in owning and executing customer reference and advocacy programs.
  • Marketing Channels Experience: Hands-on experience with webinars, web, email, and digital marketing channels.
