As we expand, we require a Finance and Operations Supervisor to help uphold our exceptional service standards.

The perfect candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ADP (payroll), demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, and excel in documenting business transactions, managing payroll, and facilitating employee onboarding and administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematically record business transactions (sales, payroll, bills, etc.).
  • Administer and enhance QuickBooks (QBO).
  • Generate invoices for Symmetrio's services provided to clients.
  • Oversee the complete onboarding process for internal employees and subcontractors, including background checks, payroll setup, healthcare benefits, and provision of onboarding documentation.
  • Process payroll for employees and subcontractors utilizing ADP.
  • Manage 401k contributions.
  • Interface with insurance vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with Health Benefits administration partners.
  • Issue purchase orders to subcontractors and vendors.
  • Work with accounting firm partners for tax returns, audits, and financial performance evaluations.
  • Administer and reconcile accounts with City, State, and Local taxing authorities.
  • Prepare and issue 1099 forms at year-end.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Finalize financial records for monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting periods.
  • Manage relationships with banking partners.
  • Oversee Banking Line of Credits.

Qualifications:
  • Two-year Degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Proficient in using ADP for payroll entry, reporting, and administration.
  • Familiarity with Financial Statements and Accounting best practices.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Experience in a consulting services environment.
  • Able to collaborate with accounting firm partners for tax return preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desire to develop and document process and workflow documentation.
