Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

As a valued member of the Staples team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. With a strong background in account management and business development, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and growing sales for assigned book of accounts with large sales potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a solid understanding of assigned accounts to identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Developing strategic growth plans to drive sales results and manage current customer relationships
  • Prioritizing account portfolios to optimize resource deployment and advance opportunities
  • Utilizing enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage healthy pipelines

You will bring a consultative approach to sales, leveraging your knowledge of products, customers, and vertical markets to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to analyze data will enable you to develop effective business cases and negotiate deals.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of sales experience in account management and/or business development
  • Ability to travel up to 4 times per year

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
