Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Operations Manager to join our team at La Pecora Bianca - UES. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Staff Management: Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels, manage employee performance, and provide coaching and training to improve service standards.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, manage beverage purchasing, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze daily financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Guest Relations and Service Standards: Develop and maintain high-quality service standards, ensure exceptional customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Development and Training: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Certification in NYC Food Protection License required.
