The Case Manager will report directly to the Client Services Supervisor and will be tasked with delivering case management, employment, and supportive services to newly arrived refugees and other qualifying groups. This role is essential in fostering the self-sufficiency and integration of newcomers through various initiatives such as Reception and Placement, Matching Grant, Preferred Communities, and Asylum Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed assistance to clients
  • Facilitate reception services for incoming refugees
  • Assess and enroll eligible families and individuals
  • Collaborate with clients to create personalized service plans
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and offer necessary support services
  • Ensure equitable service delivery
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and community partners to provide timely assistance
  • Deliver services in alignment with program standards
  • Engage in outreach and public speaking initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline preferred
  • Experience with refugee or immigrant populations is highly valued
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database management systems
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
