Job Title: Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Innomotics LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing business plans to penetrate and grow industrial accounts.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a sales professional with strong experience in selling medium voltage motors and variable frequency drive (VFD) technologies and services to End Users, OEM's, EPC's and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement business plans to penetrate and grow industrial accounts
  • Sell medium voltage motors, medium voltage electrical drives (VFD's), and services to End Users, OEM's, EPC's and distributors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven track record in selling medium voltage motors, medium voltage electrical drives (VFD's), and services
  • Experience in the use of CRM tools to supervise selling activities
  • Ability to marshal channel sales resources, including distributors and reps, to grow market share
  • Travel: 50%
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree is highly preferred
  • Validated solid understanding of integrated drive solutions (motor, drive, system solution, etc.)
  • Existing relationships and experience selling to large OEMs and End Users
  • Ability to demonstrate the sale of the balance of the industrial portfolio, including automation, controls, and power distribution equipment
  • Industrial vertical market development experience
