Job Title: Membership Sales Representative

Job Summary:

As a Membership Sales Representative at UFC Gym, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests. You will be the face of our gym, representing our brand and values, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Appointment Booking: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and book appointments with potential members, both internally and externally.
  • Membership Presentations and Sales: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and value of our gym membership.
  • Guest Touring and Membership Sales: Ensure that all guests are presented with a comprehensive tour of our facilities and provided with a clear understanding of our membership options.
  • Customer Service and Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns, and working to retain existing members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, track sales performance, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
  • Certifications/Educations: Must complete company sales training and orientation program.

Working Conditions:

Membership Sales Representatives will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with members, guests, and colleagues on a regular basis. They will be required to work weekends and holidays, and may be required to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
