Job Title: Client Service Associate

At Raymond James Financial Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This role is a critical part of our operations, providing high-quality administrative support to our Financial Advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and Financial Advisors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process client financial transactions and financial advisor and branch office expenses with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Open new client accounts and research client and security information using internal databases and other technologies.
  • Prepare letters, forms, and reports to assist with client servicing and prospecting for new clients.
  • Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts, including seminars and other client-facing events.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years of securities industry or related work experience preferred.
  • OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
