Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Director to join our team at Progressive Community Health Centers. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for maximizing the collection of service payments and reimbursements from patients, insurance carriers, and guarantors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management oversight of all business-related functions of the patient visit from established or pre-established medical/dental claims to accurate adjudication of the patients' accounts.
  • Revenue cycle training, credentialing registration, claims management, billing, collections, patient insurance, data processing, integrity of patient accounts, accounts receivable management, practice management system file maintenance, and third-party revenue cycle vendors.
  • Serve as liaison between the Finance Department and clinical departments on billing and revenue cycle matters; enhance awareness of providers on ways to strengthen revenue cycle performance.
  • Analyze claims, utilization, and cost data; request, prepare, and/or maintain reports on billing and collections activities.
  • Monitor aged accounts and verify appropriate collections procedures are being followed.
