Senior Director of Product Management

At Quovis, Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving product growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Oversee a team of Product Managers, Product Specialists, and Project Managers to achieve product development and business objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Product Development: Develop and implement strategies to gather and analyze customer feedback, ensuring that product development efforts are aligned with market needs and trends.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Define and maintain product roadmaps that prioritize features and enhancements based on market demand, competitive landscape, and business goals.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner closely with Product Engineering and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  • Product Profitability: Drive product profitability through pricing strategies, cost optimization, and revenue maximization initiatives in several go-to-market formats.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to forecast product demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Value Proposition Development: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate Quovis, Inc. products in the market and resonate with target customers.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Establish and manage product life cycles, including product introductions, updates, and retirements, to maximize long-term profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation efforts.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the Product Management team and across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles within the engineered products industry.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in a product management environment.
  • Experience working in a B2B product environment is preferable.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept to market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and customer feedback to drive informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and product management tools/software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
