We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Director to join our team at Progressive Community Health Center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management, with experience in maximizing collections and reimbursement from patients, insurance carriers, and guarantors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management oversight of all business-related functions of the patient visit
  • Revenue cycle training, credentialing registration, claims management, billing, collections, patient insurance, data processing, and integrity of patient accounts
  • Serving as liaison between the Finance Department and clinical departments on billing and revenue cycle matters
  • Enhancing awareness of providers on ways to strengthen revenue cycle performance
  • Training patient service representatives to improve revenue generation efficiencies

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze claims, utilization, and cost data.

They will also have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to request, prepare, and maintain reports on billing and collections activities.

Progressive Community Health Center is an independent non-profit organization that operates four clinic locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

We provide high-quality, comprehensive care to roughly 16,000 patients annually, a majority of whom are low-income.

We value a patient-centered philosophy and provide a range of services that include family medicine, internal medicine, women's health, urgent care, dental, radiology, and integrated behavioral health.
