Client Services Director

The Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee the management and coordination of services for children with developmental disabilities. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned unit staff are guiding clients and their families in acquiring and maintaining assessed supports and services.
Responsibilities
• Select, train, monitor, coach, manage, and evaluate assigned staff
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and regional center policies
• Conduct periodic and continual review of cases and documentation with Service Coordinators
• Participate on committees and groups to provide education and training on services for clients
• Provide emergency on-call support for assigned staff
• Participate as a member of the Leadership Team to develop policies and procedures
• Serve on Leadership Team work groups

Requirements
Applicants must possess a Master's degree and have three years of experience in a human service agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a human service agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities, may be considered. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills, as well as strong time-management and organization skills.
