Demand Planning Role Overview

At SUCCESS KOREA, we are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for driving the demand planning process across functions to ensure proper demand levels and sufficient stock levels to secure business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain demand and inventory plans for Wilson business
  • Play a key role in the demand planning process, driving cross-functional alignment and communication
  • Monitor changes in the market place and act as a sparring partner for Sales and Commercial
  • Develop effective forecasting models based on available data, including industry trends and demand patterns
  • Communicate forecast and inventory projections to key stakeholders as required

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Demand Planning role or similar
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
  • Strong aptitude for analysis and reporting, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and efficiently communicate cross-functionally
