Position Overview:

As a Lead Cost Estimator and Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive cost estimation and financial management strategy that supports leadership objectives. You will direct a team of cost estimators to formulate actionable plans and precise cost assessments, enabling clients to secure necessary funding for their initiatives.

Your expertise in regulatory frameworks will be instrumental in assisting clients to articulate well-defined requirements. Once funding is secured, you will ensure its optimal use through diligent tracking and effective communication with project stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead as a cost estimation expert while serving as a financial analysis resource for both clients and your team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in cost analysis, particularly in software cost estimation and Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with analytical tools such as COSTAT, @Risk, or Tableau
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The compensation for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this role is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annually.
