As a Cost Management Portfolio Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will be responsible for spearheading affordability initiatives that empower project leaders to achieve their objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in program management, technical analysis, or business analysis
  • Experience supporting Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP)
  • Proficient in analyzing Department of Defense acquisition programs, including aircraft systems and maintenance reporting
  • Skilled in monitoring program and project timelines and statuses
  • Familiarity with Service and OSD policies regarding Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) or lifecycle management of military acquisition
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods for evaluating cost and performance improvement opportunities
  • Possession of a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Management

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with senior leadership

Security Clearance:

Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
