We are seeking a seasoned financial analyst who can guide a team through the intricacies of requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, ensuring that resources are utilized for maximum impact.

As a Cost Management Portfolio Analyst with Booz Allen Hamilton, you will take charge of developing affordability initiatives that empower project leaders to thrive.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis.
  • Experience supporting a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).
  • Proficient in analyzing DoD acquisition programs or projects, including aircraft systems and maintenance reporting processes.
  • Familiarity with program and project status and schedules.
  • Understanding of Service and OSD policy and documentation for PPBS or life-cycle management of military acquisition programs.
  • Knowledge of qualitative or quantitative analytical methods for assessing and enhancing cost and performance initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Management.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively brief senior leadership.
