Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, Agents, and carrier partners, to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of large-scale Property and Casualty programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Underwriting and Risk Management: Collaborate with underwriting teams to develop and implement underwriting strategies, and manage risk exposure through effective risk management practices.
- Financial Management: Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support business decisions, and manage program budgets to ensure profitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, Agents, carrier partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced insurance certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum seven years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on program development and management, underwriting, and risk management.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguous situations and issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,400 to $151,500, depending on experience and qualifications. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
