At Gapital Mortgage, we're on the lookout for driven, results-oriented Business Development Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time opportunity with unlimited potential for growth and success.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in demonstrating the value of our service by building a pipeline of real estate agents, business owners, and other potential referral partners. You'll be equipped with an exceptional sales technology stack and everything you need to excel in your position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective referral partners using social media, cold calls, and other direct contact sources.
  • Prioritize and organize your lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis.
  • Set appointments for Loan Officers to meet with referral partners.
  • Follow up with prospective referral partners and ensure they're set up on all Gapital Mortgage tools and resources.
  • Stay current on industry trends and consumer buying activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences at all times.
Requirements:
  • A hard work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach.
  • A self-starter with a drive for achievement.
  • Salesforce Software experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years of business development experience is a plus.
