About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Safety Engineer to join our team at Manpower Engineering. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead the commissioning and testing of safety systems, ensuring they meet the required safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safety-related solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize safety risks.
  • Develop and maintain safety documentation, including safety procedures, training programs, and incident reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in safety systems engineering and applications consulting.
  • Higher-level certifications in functional safety, such as CFSE (Certified Functional Safety Expert).
  • Extensive experience in safety lifecycle management, including PHA/LOPAs development, hazard identification, and SIL calculations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of safety systems engineering and specifications development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
