Store Parts Specialist

About the Role:
A Store Parts Specialist at NAPA provides exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions with customers over the phone, in-store, or in dealerships. They possess a thorough knowledge of products, performance standards, warranties, sales programs, and operating policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders with high accuracy, efficiency, and courtesy.
- Assist and advise customers on meeting their needs, handling technical questions and problems.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of products, sales practices, and company policies.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by securing the right parts and resolving issues.
- Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- ASE Parts Specialist certification (automotive) preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and maintain a professional attitude.
- Capable of operating TAMS point-of-sale system and cataloging.
- Visually capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers.
- Able to work on feet, lift up to 60 pounds, and move heavy equipment with assistance.
