We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Specialist to join our NAPA team. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in person and over the phone. Your expertise in automotive parts will be invaluable in assisting customers with their needs and providing solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on automotive parts and accessories
  • Assist customers with their purchases and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Use your knowledge of automotive parts to assist other team members with customer inquiries
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
