About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Store Parts Specialist to join our team at NAPA. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of orders, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system and cataloging capabilities
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and products, providing expert advice and guidance
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers, providing courteous and professional service
- ASE Parts Specialist certification (automotive) preferred
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as assigned by management
