Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at ATR International. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office space, as well as providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including restocking supplies and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
  • Support the facilities team with tasks such as setting up and tearing down events, and performing minor repairs.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Ability to operate PC-based software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
