Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a Finance Operations Manager for a distinguished client based in Michigan. This position will collaborate closely with the Finance Director and will oversee daily financial operations while managing the accounting personnel within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the accounting department
  • Ensure the integrity of the chart of accounts
  • Support the Finance Director in the timely preparation of financial reports
  • Generate monthly financial and operational management reports
  • Facilitate the annual budgeting and cash flow forecasting processes
  • Spearhead the annual budgeting initiatives
  • Collect and evaluate data to provide financial or business insights
  • Analyze and present findings to management
  • Undertake special projects and analytical reporting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA designation is highly preferred
  • Background in public accounting, service, or related professional fields
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in supervising staff effectively
  • Ability to engage professionally with all organizational levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

This role does not offer sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Compensation: $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually
