Position Overview
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist will report directly to the Laboratory Director and Technical Supervisors. Responsibilities include executing technical procedures and quality control within the Clinical Lab, operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, and ensuring the accuracy of reports. The role also encompasses clerical duties and other tasks as assigned.
All laboratory personnel at Doctors Medical Center are expected to uphold the hospital's mission by interacting with patients, visitors, colleagues, and staff in a respectful and confidential manner. Each staff member is accountable for the precision of their work in accordance with professional standards as Clinical Laboratory Scientists or healthcare workers. Maintaining confidentiality of reports and the integrity of patient sample identification is paramount, along with performing designated tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid CLS License.
Compensation: Pay range is $69.86, with individual wages determined by qualifications and experience.
